Justin is a creativity cultivator. He has a knack for pulling creative ideas out of companies and teams, helping them to form executable strategies. He is the founder of Cultivate, which started out as Test of Time Design in 2006.
He speaks about how to cultivate creativity to leadership teams and has written for numerous publications including The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, The Creativity Post, and best-selling author Matthew E. May's The Laws of Subtraction. He founded the Iowa Creativity Summit, has an Emmy nomination, has appeared on Forbes and is a graduate from University of Northwestern St. Paul where he majored in graphic design & Bible. He lives in Des Moines with his wife and 7lb fluffy dog.
